活性石灰窑适用于钢铁行业利用高炉煤气和焦炉煤气以及化工、电石行业利用电石炉尾气或与煤粉混烧等 ，以达到提高石灰 和节能的目的，煅烧出高 的活性石灰。

Active lime pit is suitable to use the blast furnace gas and coke oven gas in the steel industry and use the calcium carbide furnace tail gas or use the technology of multiful combustion with coal powers in chemistry and calcium carbide industry to reach the goal of improving the lime quality and saving energy and calcine high-quality active lime.

活性石灰窑性能特点

活性石灰窑结构先进，采用可靠的回转窑两端组合式鳞片密封，使漏风系数小于10%；窑内衬使用复合型耐火材料，以减少辐射热损失；充分利用余热，可将入窑二次空气预热到700℃以上，节省能源消耗。

Active lime pit is advanced in structure as it adopts reliable both-ends combined type scale sealing, making the air leakage factor below 10%. The inner lining of the cylinder adopts compound type refractory to reduce the radiant heat loss. This new type of lime pit can make full use of the waste heat and can preheat the secondary air that goes into the cylinder to over 700℃ to reduce the energy consumption.
